“We loved our time so much at Triple J Ranch!
Great retreat when it is cold outside, and amazing fun in the summer.
The countryside is beautiful, and so relaxing – you feel far away from the big city but are only a few minutes away from downtown!
The home is lovely – big and spacious, tons of room for everyone.
Clean, open kitchen – really enjoyed making meals and spending family time there.
Dishes, pots and pans are all top notch. You have everything you need and then some – appliances are updated – kids loved the ice maker with the “sonic” type ice.
The pool is lovely, the view is amazing. The deck has great vistas and fun to overlook the waterski lake. So much space outside to enjoy and make you feel away from it all.
Kids loved the pool table, playing Scrabble and Uno inside – as well as volleyball in the sand court, swimming outside all day long.
The views from every window are spectacular in the house.
Shaded porch under the huge oak trees, the temp is WAY cooler than our home in Dallas.
Such a lovely place to be! WIFI good, but more fun to read a book and play cards there!
Triple J is close to Ferris (with a few restaurants 5 minutes away) but our favorite is the DQ close-by. Blizzards every day!

“I visited Triple J Ranch over Memorial Day weekend for a family reunion and had a great time. It is far enough away from Dallas to have a legitimate ranch feel yet close enough to be a convenient getaway. The ranch provides a perfect balance of activity and relaxation. Days were spent playing volleyball, fishing, swimming, and running through the open fields. Nights were highlighted by beautiful sunsets fully visible from a large dining room table where everyone across 3 generations would gather for food and stories. Then games would continue with people playing cards, ping pong in the garage, corn hole in the yard or a classic board game. The Ranch has enough space that those that want to go to bed early can do so and not be bothered by the others carrying on into late in the evening. This is a wonderful place to make great memories given all the options for people to enjoy themselves - I highly recommend!”
